Kentucky artist John Ward was commissioned by the Ripley, Ohio Lions Club to create their bicentennial print of Ripley from the waterfront of the Ohio River called Ripley, Ohio Bicentennial.
Lee Greenwood, American country artist, was the featured entertainment during the weekend events. John Ward presented Mr. Greenwood with the Ripley Bicentennial print.
