Kentucky artist, John L. Ward, was commissioned by the Kentucky Wool Festival committee to paint Kidwell Log Cabin. The cabin was home to the Kidwell family of Pendleton County in the early 1800s, and is the backdrop for the Kentucky Wool Festival grounds.
John painted a colored picture of the log cabin and also a black and white print. In addition to the prints, large note cards of the cabin were also created for purchase. The prints of the log cabin were on display at local businesses.
Prints are available of Kidwell Log Cabin.
